Purchased 3 roku tvs on the same day from the same store. All 3 are the same size and model. One tv offers Crave tv and Cineplexstore as apps. The other 2 do not and dont have them available in the app store. All tvs are on the same network under the same Roku account. Why?
Those channels/apps are available in Canada, but not the US. Where are you located? Are you certain all three TVs are linked to the same Roku account? Check the email address on each device under Settings->System->About.
I am in Canada, all are connected to the same Roku account and all tvs have been factory reset to verify they have the "Canada" location selected. I have also verified my IP address is showing Canada.

Please provide here the serial numbers of your 3 Roku TVs. It can be found from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. I'll be able to further assist you from there.
