I have a subscription to the crave channel. Was working fine until I changed the password on the app online, now it won't open on my roku....please help!!

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

I have the same issue, but there is no option to remove the channel. What should I do? I don’t want to do a factory reset every time I change a password.
so you highlite the Channel in Home and press the Star key * on
your remote. A dialog box should come up with remove Channel in it.
at any rate do Settings/System/System restart
it isnt a factory reset just a system restart and is healthy to do now and then
as far as Im concerned.
Factory or hard reset is drastic and shouldnt be necessary.
Nothings worked so far not even the factory reset option helped. Crave just won't open

A playback issue may be the result of a network problem, or it may be caused by an outage with a single channel. In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
If after attempting the suggestions above, you are still unable to play any titles from a single channel while content from other channels plays fine, contact the customer support team for the channel provider to report the issue and get help.

I have done all that.
I have updated Crave.
I have updated roku both with and without Crave installed.
I have done a factory reset.
I have unplugged the power cable, waited close to a minute then plugged it back in, both with and without Crave installed.
I have updated Crave.

Nothing has worked and it's been close to a month now
