We would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues. We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into.
- Do you observe the HDCP error while using Youtube only or all channels on your device?
- Have sure to restart your Roku device after removing the channel and before adding the channel back to ensure the process is successful.
We also recommend performing a manual system update. You can check for a manual system update by navigating to Home > Settings > System > System update > Check now.
