How do you delete the pop up commercials on bottom of tv screen on 2020 Roku Express?
That's your TV. It's in Store or Retail mode, not User mode. I can't say where in the settings you can change that, but it will be there somewhere.
I'm not sure what you mean by pop-up commercials. If you're on the home screen, Roku does put ads on the right side of the screen. But that's the only place Roku puts ads. Once you're using a channel, any channel, the channel provider is responsible for everything you see on screen. If you're using The Roku Channel, then yes Roku would be the one that's doing that. I rarely use that channel, but I've never seen ads displayed on the screen bottom there.
So, whatever channel you're watching is responsible for the ad you're seeing. If it's not The Roku Channel, then you need to talk with whomever is offering that channel.
It’s on bottom of screen all the way across...ie.....series 6, energy efficient, action motion plus, all share...

How do you fix this ?

Assuming you're using a Roku TV, it's somewhere within the Settings menu. I don't have a Roku TV immediately in front of me, so I can't dig into the menus to be sure.
If you have a Roku player connected to some other type of TV, it's still within the TV's settings menu. Roku players do not have a mode that places ads across the bottom of the screen.
