Coach Episodes not autoplaying

Once a episode ends it goes back to select a episode and doesn't continue on. All other series I watch continues. This is on the Roku channel and I have removed the channel and factory reset my roku.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Please provide us with the following information for further investigation:

  1. Roku device model, Serial number, Device ID, Software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  2. Does this issue occur on a specific channel? If so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
  3. Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
  4. Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
  5. Episode/s affected

With more information, we will be able to assist you further.

Roku Channel version 6.0 Build 15

 

It happens now with every episode it shows me a list of like shows and lets me go back to the credits and if I hit the back button again it takes me right back to episode 1.1 and also never adds to the continue watching list.

Nothing from the user end can be done.  Once you provide the details to RokuKariza-D, it can be forwarded to Roku developers to look into.

I have had this happen occasionally with some shows/series.  Not the norm, but it does happen occasionally.

Strange because it corrected itself then it started doing it again. I'm not complaining I just thought there may be a simple fix. It is free so.

We are currently unable to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

Can you please provide the steps to reproduce the issue? In addition, can you provide a specific title or episode that you see this issue occur?

With more detailed information, we will be able to investigate further.
