Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
The specific content title that has an issue.
Channel version

- Paramount plus closes caption is faster then the speech.
- Tried system reset and now can not play anything no apps works just get playback error

I wonder how wide spread this is. I had the speech ahead of video problem with paramount+ for a while in June and now the cc just won't turn on at all. I plugged in my Apple tv as a workaround.

I just subscribed to Paramount+ thru Prime and am having the same problem with a ROKU 3600X, 13.1=4 build 1510-24. Besides the captions being badly out of sync watching Dexter, pushing home 5x and back 5x does not provide a tracker ID as specified in the above "solution". I am hearing impaired and am getting no use out of my Paramount+ I just purchased today. Scott Pristel,.

It is not totally fixed as of 7/17. Dexter Season 1, episodes 2, 3 so far. Would be great fix if there was a resync option.

This happens on both my Rokus. Captions are out of synch at the same exact spot.

Oh man, I subscribe to nearly every streaming service so a factory reset is going to suck. But if it's the way to fix this, well, I'll suck it up. Thanks for the update on what worked for you.
