Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)

Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

The specific content title that has an issue.

Channel version

  • Channel versionModel: C101X - Roku TV Serial number: X00000011W1J (S032G0611W1J) Software version: 13.0.0 build 24062-93 GC version: 11.8.15 Timestamp: 2024-07-01T13:04:29Z Please use issue ID 1J-262-864 to report the current issue. 
  • Paramount plus closes caption is faster then the speech.
  • Tried system reset and now can not play anything no apps works just get playback error
