Why does the Circle Network schedule on Roku differ from the OTA Circle Network schedule?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Circle Network support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

That's typical, Circle TV Network said to contact Roku.

Is it just off by a few hours?  A lot of broadcast stations broadcast in multiple time zones whereas they only stream in one.

Nope, a lot of the time the show that's on the Roku Circle channel isn't on the OTA schedule for the entire day.
