Cineplex still on pre-oerder

I have the Cineplex app. Bought I wanna dance with somebody movies over 3 weeks ago , today it’s still in my Library still on pre order . How long will it be on pre order . Or what I’m i missing . I searched to see if there was a timeline or if I was doing something wrong I couldn’t find the answers. 
i bought a different  movie before and it played instantly.

That's a question for Cineplex, not Roku, but according to their website it will be available on the 7th.
