WHO MADE UP THAT RULE?
BY THE WAY, BACK ON SUBJECT....CINEMABOX, MOVIELAND AND MANGATV WERE ALL REMOVED THE SAME DAY. SINCE MANGATV HAD THE SAME STYLE FORMAT AS THE OTHER TWO I ASSUME ONE GUY OWNED ALL THREE. I MISS THEM ALL. I HATE HAVING TO GO TO RUMBLE OR YOUTUBE TO WATCH THESE FILMS.
Wikipedia says that all caps was taken as shouting on the internet by the early 1980s. However printed examples of caps to mean shouting go back more than 100 years before that.

"I hate having to go to Rumble or Youtube to watch these films."
You could look around the Roku platform for other free legitimate classic movie channels that carry these films or maybe purchase them digitally or on dvd.
If you are going to sail the high seas to watch these films, then let your moral compass be your guide, but you should not expect Roku to provide the boat and means to do it.

When channels/apps like MovieLand and Cinema Box appear on the Roku platform, feel free to take advantage of them but realize they will likely be removed at some time. (treat it as a "for a limited time only" opportunity).
Cinema Box channels has time and again disappeared and returned. It's a good channel and kudos to its return to service again. Bring back Cinema Box. I like and recommend Cinema Box channels.
