I have the same issue. It was working fine until late last evening. I have three Roku players & I get the same message, “Sorry, this channel is no longer in service”, on all of them.
I have the same message and problem as of yesterday or the day before. This is terrible! How can they do this to us? No more Chiller Thriller TV? Roku people please explain this travesty.
Thank you for looking into this. I remember there was a notice "Don't Lose Your Grandfather Status" so I was hoping that this unavailability was only due to them upgrading or changing.
Do you know if my subscription will automatically be cancelled, or do I need to go in and cancel it.
When I contacted Roku about this issue it took a little time, and three separate support people, before they acknowledged that the channel had been removed. The last support person that I chatted with issued a refund to my account and told me that he cancelled my subsciption so no further action was necessary. I don’t know how long this would have taken if I had not contacted them directly.
I really hate to hear this. Probably viewed this channel the most. Are there similar channels available? I do have Shudder but miss a lot of the classics. Really disappointed.
There are your standard, public domain and **bleep** print streaming channels, or paying to watch classics on Prime or Vudu. There truly isn't anything as good as Chiller Thriller TV. I love Shudder, but the catalogue of classic and B-grade movies that Chiller had was amazing. It really sucks that it's gone.
