i used to have a ton of channels downloaded and all of a sudden when i open them it says not enough storage to open. I have severly downsized my channels to about 4 (peacock, hbo max, hulu, and disney+. Because i cant put anything else on) and now all of a sudden i cant watch any of those either with that same storage error. This is very annoying as we dont have antenna or cable tv. This is all we watch is streaming. Im super pissed off right now because our other roku tv that weve had much longer has none of these issues. Ive tried every solution. This needs to be fixed. There shouldnt be a storage issue on a freakin tv!
This sounds to me like a corrupted memory cache. This normally can be cleared by a full restart of the system.
May we assume this is a Roku TV you are talking about, rather than a separate Roku device attached to a TV?
For a Roku TV, if you have "Fast start" enabled (as most do), merely turning the set off and back on does NOT give a full restart. Use menu path Settings > System > Power > System restart, or just unplug its power for a few seconds and plug it back in.
Yep ive done all that. So just had to go buy a new one.
