Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing?
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If you are still unable resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
We are having the same issue it doesn't matter what program we're watching what channel we're on it just goes back after 5 minutes it's a brand new one too we just got it like a couple of days ago was working until last night model number 3930 RW - Roku Express serial number x 0 0 4 0 d e n 1smx device ID s01330dn1smx
Shows go back to main screen after, at most, 5 minutes. I have done all that you have suggested. I deleted channels, restarted Roku, reinstalled channels and it sill happens. This started last night, 4-13-21. Our receipt date states 4-10-21. Three days.
