I am trying to load peacock network on my Roku express but it says it is already installed but it is not listed on the home screen.
Have you restarted your Express or checked for updates?

Did you verify if your Express model # is supported? (Settings/System/About)

Roku Streaming Stick (model 3600X or later)
Roku Express/Express+ (model 3900X or later)
Roku Premiere/Premiere+ (model 3920X or later)
Roku Ultra/Ultra LT (model 4640X or later)
Roku TV and Smart Soundbar (model 5000X or later)
If your Express/Express+ is a 3700/3710, you wont be able to install the Peacock app - you'll need to upgrade to a newer model.
I am trying to load peacock network on my Roku express, but it says it is already installed, but it is not listed on the home screen. I am not having any luck getting it to work. What can I do and why does it take the community to solve the problems when we paid ROKU for the device? I am not understanding why Roku can't answer and solve these problems!
Read the post above/before yours and do the same (verify your model #, read the link/list).
