I am having the same issues on both of my Roku TVs. And I JUST BOUGHT ONE!!!! I’m really feeling like I just wasted so much money on these TVs for these apps to disappear and I cannot reinstall them.....

Are  you in a supported region?

If you're in a supported region, it should work.

No, we live in Germany. Military moved us out here and we bought TVs that had Roku because we liked it when we were back in the states.

so pretty much I just wasted a ton of money buying these TVs and can’t use the channels. So now I have to go buy fire sticks in order to use those apps. It’s seriously a HUGE waste of money. 
Why sell the product in a region if we can’t even use it???

I wasn't aware Roku sold them outside their supported regions.

Keep in mind that many people have purchased Roku devices in unsupported regions, but only lately have major issues been encountered such as you describe. And, most of those have been Germany. That's really odd to be a one country issue.

What version of the Roku software is installed on your device?

Since nothing seems to be done about it, I'll look into an alternative... I don't think I'll ever buy another Roku...

You never answered the question regarding where you are. US, Canada, IK, other supported country, non supported country.

I'm in Germany as well. I have no idea why those devices are sold here... E.g. you can order them on amazon.de... the page says it would work with Netflix, Prime etc.:

It looks like it's Amazon that's the seller. They are the one making the claims. Does Prime Video work? Amazon is notorious for not allowing their app to work ROTW (Rest Of The World, essentially the region that is unsupported by Roku; there may be multiple ROTW regions, but there is at least one). If it doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting Amazon and asking them why they, as the seller (not just the intermediary between you and a third party, but the actual seller) claim their own apps work when they don't. See what they tell you.
