Channel lists completely empty. No channels available at all.

Mode: 4630X - Roku Premiere+

Software Version: 9.4.0 - build 4210-29

Hi,

I was watching Netflix yesterday when my Roku Premiere+ suddenly stopped the show I was watching and moved to the "home" menu. The home menu had lost all shortcuts to the channels I usually watch (Netflix, Amazon Prime, ...).

I tried to re-add Netflix, but it doesn't work. The channel lists do not show any channels at all. They are completely empty. The "search" function doesn't show any channels either...

In order to fix the issue I tried to install a new software update, without luck (it's already at the latest). I also did a "factory reset", but that didn't help either.

The internet connection works fine and the connection check passes without issues.

Can anyone help me please? My Roku is completely useless right now.

Thanks!

I am having the same issue...not sure what is going on with the device.

I have Roku express with the same software and build numbers.

Re: Channel lists completely empty. No channels available at all.

I'm having the same issue: yesterday night I was watching Netflix and now everything is lost, also after resetting to factory and re-linking my device and after deleting and re-creating my account.

I'm in Germany

Roku isn't officially supported in Germany. If it works, it works. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

Roku most likely won't intentionally do anything to stop it from working, but if something does happen, that's just too bad.

Now, likely, if something suddenly breaks Roku in unsupported countries, then it likely is an unintended consequence, and there may be other unintended consequences (bugs) that Roku will want to fix. And, any such fix may resolve the issue there.

Where are you? Are you in the US or another supported country?

Roku isn't supported there. It's unlikely Roku will actively work to resolve that. However, if whatever is causing the issue is a side effect of another problem, Roku will work that, and your issue may be resolved  as a result.

But, keep in mind Roku is not supported there. Use at your own risk. It may start working again, but it may not.
