Channel list automatically reverts to HD channel

I have the Roku Premier. Whenever I'm watching a standard channel and go back to channel list, it automatically reloads to the HD channel. Why does it not reload back to the standard channel on the list?

It sounds like you're using some cable provider's channel/app.  You'd have to as them as Roku didn't create the channel/app.
