Channel Store purchases not set up?

Everytime I try to add a new channel to my Roku device it says that my account is currently not set up for Channel store purchases? How do I change it? I can't figure it out

I understand that you want that you are unable to install the channel, Is that corect?

A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing: 

1. Which streaming channels are you experiencing this issue on? 

2. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?

3. What Roku model device are you using?

4. Where are you currently located?

Hello thanks for the reply, it is the pureflix app, I am trying to install it on my living room device. I have it in my bedroom but that is on a tv that has the Roku built into it, I am located in ohio

Log into your Roku account at the above address and verify you have set up a payment method.

Also since it successfully installed on one but not the other, perhaps the two units are not linked to the same Roku account.  Check the email address shown via Settings - System - About on both units.
