When trying to reinstall the lifetime channel app, Roku told me to check my Internet connection. I rebooted the router and also restarted the Roku, and tried again to no avail. I then deleted the lifetime app and tried to install it again but I keep getting channel install failed-could not add lifetime. I tried restarting the router and Roku again, and it still gives me the same response. Please advise what I should do further.
Did you get this resolved? It looks like some people had to check for updates multiple times.
