Channel/App Only Plays Audio Options, No Video

I have a sports channel/app installed on my Roku that has both live video and live audio/radio content. For at least 4 years I hadn't had any problems watching live games, until last Fall when live video content suddenly no longer played via the channel/app on my Roku. I talked with multiple representatives from both Roku and the channel/app, but the problem was never resolved. The sports season ended, and so I stopped worrying about it. (No live sports available for testing.)

The new sports season began this Spring, and to my surprise live video was working again!... until 2 weeks ago. Now my only option via the channel/app has been to listen to the live audio- live video hasn't been available.

I have already:

- uninstalled/reinstalled the channel/app

- reset my Roku

- reset my internet router 

- logged out/in to Roku

- logged out/in to channel/app

- bought a new Roku

Does anyone have any other options to try?
