I am aware from other posts that the search bar is not available in my region but disney plus is since I am currently paying for a subscription that I watched on my tablet. I have tried adding the channel by logging into my roku account, searching and adding it through the website. But even when I restart the roku streaming stick plus disney plus is not coming up. I just received this from Amazon will I not be able to add the disney plus?
Does Roku support your region at all? If you go to https://channelstore.roku.com and click on the "Country selector" in the bottom right corner of the page is your country listed? It doesn't matter if Disney+ plus is available in your region. That has nothing to do with its availability on the Roku platform. Basically, if Roku doesn't support your region then there are many services that won't be available on Roku devices. If Roku does support your region, then something else may be going on.

Thanks for the update, it would have been better service if they had informed of this issue before I bought it since I specifically asked if my subscriptions will work even if I live in Trinidad and the answers I received was as long as the wifi is working it should not be an issue. Thanks anyway
