New Roku customer. Bought Paramount+ but can't access it, Goes to "Get started" then to "Account exists sign in" then back to "Get started". What am I doing wrong?

May we know if you subscribed to this channel through Roku Pay or directly to the channel providers? Are you trying to access the channel through Standalone or under The Roku Channel? Having the same Paramount+ login issue. Yesterday the sign in screen was there, today after multiple attempts and Paramount+ not recognizing the Roku sign in and password configuration, as well as trying to do the code sign in yields only the 'try it' and 'subscribe page... Paramount+ is paid through Roku and up to date. Thank you.

Are you trying to access the channel through Standalone or under The Roku Channel? If your subscription is under Roku please try accessing the channel through The Roku Channel and there is no prompt for log-ins.
