We'd like to know more about the issue you are seeing. Aside from returning to the play window, do you receive an error message or code? Could you tell us how are you powering your Roku device? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
