Cannot Play GoSeniorFitness Lessons

Trying to play lessons available on GoSeniorFitness App but system just "blinks once" and then returns to same screen.  I've removed and reinstalled the application - nothing changed.  Also, I cannot locate developer service channel to alert them to this issue.  #GoSeniorFitness

When you remove and reinstall a channel/app you must restart your Roku device before reinstalling by pulling out the power for a few seconds or by using "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate).  Note that turning a Roku TV on and off isn't the same thing.

They do have a web page, but there's not much there.

I see they have a Youtube channel, but there's nothing there.  Are they even still in business?
