Like the title says, I tried everything I could find on the Web. Most channels are buffering every few minutes or sometimes channels would rewind a few seconds and play back. Any fix?

Did you restart your Roku before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we suggest giving it a shot once again.
Take note that sometimes buffering issues are typically related to your wireless network connectivity. We suggest trying to power cycle the Roku device as well as the router and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for reply. I looked everywhere ( settings, system, advanced system settings) but I couldn't find anywhere how remove and re install channel. When I select the canada entertainment icon and click star on the remote the only options are move the channel or manage subscription

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
