Can't stream anything on prime channel including showtime all others work

Can't stream anything in the prime channel Amazon. My showtime channel is on prime channel and it's not working either. All other streaming channels work fine. Am about ready to throw away the Roku TV and go smart TV. To many glitches after 6 years! Not enough support

Try:

  1. Remove the app
  2. Reboot the Roku
  3. Reinstall the app

All three steps in that order.
