My Britbox subscription uses a different email than my Roku sign in email.

When adding Britbox to my Roku, it doesn't allow me to enter the Britbox email, rather automatically inserts my Roku email and won't let me change it.

How can I add my Britbox email to sign in to the channel, instead of the Roku email?

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact Britbox support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
