Can't find cable provider

Jump to solution

Trying to set up device, activate channels I get through my local cable provider (BendBroadband).  Successfully activated a news channel, then tried to activate another channel that's part of my cable subscription.  Got the activation code and went to the activation page.  This time the cable provider isn't part of the list available, even when I search for it.

Suggestions?

@MyrtleandPeter

Thanks for the inquiry.

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,
Danny

Danny Thanks for responding.  I guess I wasn't clear in expressing my question.  When I try to authorize a channel on Roku, I get to the step where I select my cable provider (Comcast, etc.).  I had already enabled a channel previously and my provider (BendBroadband) was on the list to be selected.  This second time, it's not available to be selected.  I type in B-e-n-d and it's not on the list.  Suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
