Can't find ROKU channel on my TCL Roky television

I have a TCL Tv serial # 2006GTC007887A00526 but I cannot find the ROKU channel. Is it not available on this tv?

What's the Roku model number displayed under Settings->System-About and where are you located?

The Roku channel is not on my TCL Roku smart TV either. And when I go to the online channel store the "add Roku channel" option is grey , it can't be selected.

@LisaLisama, where are you located?  Not all apps are available in all regions.

@LisaLisama, it sounds like your Roku account may not be associated with the U.S.  Unfortunately, I don't know a reliable way to figure out what region it is associated with.  When channels/apps that should be available aren't, it points to a problem with the Roku account.  The only way to fix it is to create a new account ensuring you're not using a VPN or anything that may mask your true location when you do, factory reset the Roku device, and link it to the new account.  I've had issues with saved data from a browser confusing Roku sites, so it's best to clear your browser cookies or, better yet, use a private/incognito browser window when you create the account at https://my.roku.com.  You may want to close your current account.
