I can't find the channels to add any of these on my roku model 3930x express
What country are you in? Are you using a VPN?

I am in US and no VPN
From the main menu of your Roku, go to Streaming Channels > Movies & TV
What is showing there? The top 3-6 items?

Netflix, plex, happykids, crunchyroll, the movie Channel, teleamazonas
That's nothing like what I see. Well, except Netflix near the top. For me, Plex is way down (#18), HappyKids is 20, The Movie Channel is 314, and I couldn't find Teleamazonas, though Teleamazonas Ecuador did show during a search.
That make me wonder if Roku is thinking you aren't in the U.S. for some reason. Did you or anyone use a "secret screen" to change any settings on the device?
Alternately, go to https://www.iplocation.net/ and see what your home network shows as its location.
Additionally, restart the Roku device and see if that resolves anything.

No I freshly connected it to my TV right after buying it I'm the only one that's messed with it since installed 2 days ago and my ip is showing its in the US.
I have reset and factory reset nothing seems to be working.
Shooting in the dark here, as this is really unusual.
Is this your first Roku ever? Did you set up your Roku account brand new recently? Were you in the US when you set it up? Were you using a VPN when you set it up? Was this an older Roku account you recently reactivated? I'm trying to find any legit reason for your Roku account to be tied to anything outside the US.
Failing that, I'm going to suggest taking it back to whatever store you got it from and getting a different device.
FWIW, the Express 4K+ (3941) is a far superior device to the Express (3930) and is on sale. It's still $5 more, but a vastly superior device. Just a thought, since it may be something wrong with the device you bought, and replacing it may be in order.

I will try replacing my item for the one suggested and report back tomorrow after installed.
