I signed up for hulu thru roku and because of that I am not able to cancel it. I have no way of accessing it either. Being charged for a service I don't want. Only way to not be charged is to remove my billing info
For the record, this is garbage. You allow us to subscribe through Roku, then tell us we have to cancel through Hulu. Go to Hulu's web page and it informs us that we don't have an account because we never went to Hulu for anything. There is no option on their page to create an account, just to start a free trial. If you are going to allow people to sign up through you, maybe you should have a method for allowing people to cancel through you. Talk to Hulu, make it happen.
Unhappy customer who has now been on the internet for over a half hour trying to figure out how to cancel the payment which means it has cost me over $25 of lost income to cancel a $14 per month subscription.
Update: I went back to hulu.com, told it I had lost my password, and it sent me an email. However, I did the same thing yesterday morning and it told me there was no account associated with that email. Typed it in four times yesterday trying to get it to work. Today it worked. My comment above still stands. I shouldn't be signing up through you and then have to go elsewhere to cancel. I certainly won't be using my Roku to purchase anything else so you've lost whatever you might have made in the future on that deal.
I have had both Roku and Hulu and have never had an issue with either on login. I find it rather surprising that you entered the exact same email one day later and it worked. Hulu is also extremely easy to contact by phone and talk to a representative. Phone number for Hulu is 1 (888) 265-6650
