Channels & viewing

I'm trying to add a channel as instructed by the cable company. I click add channel,  enter the channel. Click "add channel" and nothing. Stays on that page. Click again,  nothing. Click. Click. Click.....nothing. I don't see a support number to call.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
