We recently lost power and our onn tv reset. Now it can’t add Netflix, but can add all the other channels. I’ve tried the factory reset and other options. It worked great before and has no other issues
Can you add it from the Channel store online after login to your Dashboard. https://channelstore.roku.com/search/netflix
or if you have the Netflix button on your remote, can you press that and see what happens?
Otherwise I would do manual update...Settings...System...System Update...Check Now (press button)
Do a System Restart... Settings...System..Power...System Restart
Then see if you can install Netflix.
