I added the BBC America channel to my Roku 4K. When I opened the channel, it provided an activation code and a list of TV providers to authorize. I clicked on DISH and a login page for DISH opened. However, the DISH login page would NOT accept my login credentials, even though those exact credentials worked fine on the DISH web site. The only error messages were identical to what you would receive if the wrong username or password had been submitted. I have the BBC America channel as part of my DISH channel package, so I do not understand why DISH is, in essence, refusing to authorize, especially with the BBC America activation page specifically lists DISH as one of the acceptable providers.

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to the channel's customer support team to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
