I have 2 NowTV Roku devices, a smart stick and the black box. On both of them I am unable to access the side menu that contains settings, and the Roku channels. I haven't needed to for some time so I don't know how long they have been missing, however I have just signed up for a month of Disney+, and I can't add the channel. I press the home button or the left arrow, nothing happens. I can't access settings any other way to check for updates. I have tried a factory reset on the stick, it hasn't helped. The stick is model 3801 if that helps. I am pretty tech savvy, I can't believe I am doing something wrong, I feel it must be a bug.
