I have a paramout subscription through T-mobile. When I turn on Roku on my TV and try to add Paramount as a channel the system wants me to to sign up as a new user. Is there a work-around for adding paramount and then signing in with my user name and password to activate Paramount.
Make sure you're using the Paramount+ channel/app and not trying to access it through The Roku Channel.

I signed up for the free preview but I have the T-Mobile free subscription.
I’m not sure how to have the subscription switched to T-Mobile. Any advice?
@sundquist, if you signed up for that free preview through Roku go to https://my.roku.com , find the subscription, and cancel it before it renews. Note that there's two ways to access Paramount - through The Roku Channel and through the standalone Paramount channel/app. You want to enter your credentials that I assume T-Mobile gave you to access Paramount in the standalone channel/app and not try to access Paramount through The Roku Channel.

I have this same problem and can't seem to get Roku to know that T-mobile is my payment provider. I continually get the "Sigh up for one free month and then $4.99/month and then wants a credit card number. I've tried using the app and doing it online and the result is always the same
