I have tried multiple times to load the CW channel but nothing works. I have uninstalled is, restarted Roku, then reinstalled but nothing. I've even updated the CW app. It worked fine last night.
I've had this issue too. I've uninstalled it, rebooted, and reinstalled. Every other app works fine and I can access them on the web.
I believe the CW has is a victim of DNS poisoning. Searching the old posts, I see where it's happened before.
Hi @Mouille88,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you are unable to play videos from one channel after attempting the troubleshooting, videos from other channels play fine, we suggest you contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
Keep us posted if you still need help.
Regards,
Nimfa

There is currently a known issue with CW channel failing to load on Roku devices. CW is working on a fix.

The CW issue should be fixed now. Removed from CW support site as a known issue and just tested on my device and loads fine. (https://support.cwtv.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000881848-Known-Issues)
If still having issue, either update the CW channel or Remove channel, Restart Roku device, Reinstall channel.
