CTV app not available on Roku!!! Why is CTV not allowing us with Roku tv's the chance to get their app or why can we not even cast to Roku TV???

As @renojim mentioned, for more information about that channel's availability on Roku devices, you'll want to contact CTV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You'd have to ask CTV. It's out of Roku's control.
