Because neither of my ROKU devices will connect with the Internet, and Support offers no help, I have no way to cancel my HBO MAX channel. ROKU crooks will get my payments, but I can't use the service.
Have you tried managing your subscriptions at roku.com?
Oh, and check your other thread for how to get connected to your Franklin hotspot.
