Re: Bypass Mode on SiriusXM channel

Hi PsiBolt,

Followed the steps you outlined and SiriusXM is now working. No longer getting the message: "Your device is not supported. Please contact customer support."

All functionality seems to be restored including "Favorites."

No more message about being in "Bypass" mode.

It remains to be seen if after a number of hours with Roku "OFF," it will become necessary to log back in with username and password to access SiriusXM.

Keeping fingers crossed on this.

Followed those steps and both my Rokus are playing SiriusXM, including favorites. Hooray!

Re: SiriusXM content error your device not currently supported

Hi everyone,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

If you're still experiencing an issue, try to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel. If the issue still persists, we suggest you reach out to the channel partner directly. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

Please keep us posted on what you find out.

Best regards,
Mary

Hi @bater364

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried the suggestion posted by @RokuMary-F above? I'd recommend starting there then let us know if there's any difference after.

All the best,
Kariza
