Re: Roku and Sirius XM app in Bypass mode

Same problem here - for several days, I was getting the Bypass Mode message. The app kept working, but would randomly ask for my user ID/password. Today, it does not work at all, and I am seeing the "Content Error" message saying my device is not supported. Hope the Roku folks get this sorted soon!

Re: Bypass Mode on SiriusXM channel

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your patience while we investigate this issue.
We would recommend trying to check for a system update by going to Settings > System > System update. Then, restart your player.
If the issue still persists, kindly provide us with the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

-what are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?
With more information, we will be able to assist you further.

Best regards,
Mary

Re: Bypass Mode on SiriusXM channel

I am having difficulty with the SiriusXm app on my Roku Ultra. The Ultra is fully updated, using the latest firmware. I uninstalled the app, reset the device, reinstalled the app, and I am still getting a message that says: "Your device is currently not supported. Please contact Customer Support" App version is 2.2 build 2. I have used this app on my Roku for years...

Re: Bypass Mode on SiriusXM channel

Tried the system update - no improvement.

Here's the info you requested.

TCL RokuTV 5107X

TCL mode:  3253800

serial # :  2NOODY838851

SW:  10.5.0 Build 4210-08

XM Channel:  Version 2.2, Build 2

Couldn't get the thing to work where I hit home 5x, then back 5x.

Easy to recreate - as soon as I go to the SiriusXM channel, I get this error:

Content Error:  Your device is currently not supported.  Please contact customer support.  (then hit OK to exit)

Same issue as others are reporting.  Beginning Sunday, I had to login every time.  As of today, I can't log in.

Re: Bypass Mode on SiriusXM channel

Hi everyone,

Thank you for reporting this issue to our team

Please be aware that we have identified the issue and We'd recommend reaching out to the channel support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on that channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

We appreciate your patience with this matter!

Best regards,
Mary
