How are we supposed to get real time help with a problem if we can’t speak with tech support just others with problems it doesn’t help anybody when the problem is a Roku problem but they say it’s the channel I am tired of it I bought two new TVs and have the same problem with it I am almost done with Roku this is bull **bleep** we should have live help with tech-support
Your only other post said that you "have a problem with Sling" and that someone at Sling told you it was a Roku problem.
Well, you never said here on the Roku community support forum what the problem is. "Having a problem" can mean a bunch of things, each with different solutions. So, how about spelling out what kind of problem you're having with Sling TV.

I stated I had tried all the recommended ‘fix’ for the problem that is happening with sling tv Channel that I had found from here still did not work because the support form sling said it was on the roku side that is the problem and of course two brand new tvs that it will not work on
If you ever decide to state what the issue is with Sling TV, perhaps someone will be able to help. I'm gonna go help someone who actually wants help.
