The only options I have when I do this step, are:
Unfavorite channel
Hide channel
Sort channel list
Manage channels
Close
The same degraded video experience is also present when using the online Roku Channel Live TV "Bull" channel.
Asking for user device versions and Tracker IDs is not going to help the team resolve this issue. Forwarding them the correct description of the issue will, though.
Did all updates no change on this issue. Even took my modem down and brought it back up still no change?!?

I was able to find it through going to roku, then going down to settings , and then going down to updates.
It did a bunch of updates but it didn't change the situation. Soooooo frustrating.
in addition to updates, I’ve tried a second internet connection. All 4 Roku devices on our property have this problem. I’d wager it’s the server these shows are streaming off of.
Just checked, and Channel 269 Bull is coming in clear!🎉🎉 For now.....🤷 Wonder what the problem was....
