Buggy/faulty Pluto interface

Jump to solution

Pluto TV has a very buggy and slow interface. On all 3 of our Roku devices this has been noticed. My friend who has a Roku has the same issue with Pluto TV's interface. I will be watching a movie or TV show and it will go back to the menu. The selection between shows has a lot of latency. I have pressed the update option for Pluto and this has not fixed this issue. Pluto also doe snot respond on their social media pages. This really needs to be resolved or of Pluto cannot resolve this then Pluto TV needs to be removed from Roku.

@MPCS

Thanks for the post.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Pluto TV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach Pluto TV support here: https://support.pluto.tv/hc/en-us

Thanks,

Even if they don't respond, they might read them, and they might act on (some of) what they read.  If they bug you too much, see @DBDukes' solution.

Roku won't remove a buggy channel. They will only remove a channel if there is a legal issue.

@MPCS

To remove Pluto TV from your Roku, highlight the app with the remote, press the Options (asterisk) button. Select Remove.

I have tried that avenue in the past. They do not respond.
