Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven’t tried it yet, go ahead and remove the channel that’s acting up, then reinstall it. To make sure everything goes smoothly, restart your device before adding the channel back in. It’s easiest to do this from the Settings menu. Just go to Settings > System > Power (if you don’t see a Power option, just skip to the next step) > System Restart.
