Britbox problems started September 16, 2021

I have a Roku Express and obtained a Britbox account through Roku.  It was working fine until today (September 16, 2021) when I received one of two error messages:

1.  Immediately displayed after I selected the Britbox app: 

Code "0" message: "Invalid session Token"


2.  Britbox starting menu heading are displayed, but no details.  Instead the following message is displayed:

Cannot get account details from Evergent

I also wrote to Britbox and haven't seen a reply from them yet; however, I started Britbox again about 1 hour ago and the problem has disappeared, so I am now able to watch shows.  Don't know who fixed the problem, but it seems to be working properly now.
