I was watching something on another installed channel on my Roku, then changed to Britbox, but Britbox sill not load. I see the logo, but the spinning circle is underneath. I turned the Roku and TV off and then back on again, but the same thing happens. I tried other subscription channels and they all load without an issue. I logged into Britbox on my computer and it is up and running. What is wrong with the app? I looked and could find no place to email Roku to ask about this issue.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
