I am not getting the current episodes for Death in Paradise.  I can get them Via Amazon Prime as a trial subscription to BritBox.   What's going on?

Please provide us with the following:

• What episodes are missing?
• Are you referring to the Britbox app on the Roku Channel or the stand-alone app?
• When did this issue start?

In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

Restart your Roku device:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll down and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step
5. Select System restart

I am having the same issue. I switched from Amazon Prime to the Roku subscription for Britbox. Tried your solution. Did not work. I get Episodes 1-3 and Episode 2 again that claims it is Episode 3. 

what am I missing?

I found my problem.

Basically, for series that have many years in, I scroll up rather than down to find the current one.  Doing so put me into the Christmas Specials.  In earlier series, the Christmas Episode was part of the season.  The last 3? years they are separate.  I need to scroll up further to find season 15 & 14!

I can find the season that i want.  But since i switched from Amazon Prime to Roku subscription i am not getting the current episodes of Death in Paradise.  Get Season 14, Episodes 1-3 and then Episode 2 about the zipline and claims to be Episode 3.  I have tried the process with settings and restart and that doesnt work.  I have not tried any other program to see if having the issue.  I am still in the 7 day trial period since i switched so don't know if that has anything to do with it.  I will probably switch over to Britbox App if the problem is not resolved.

Latest One I have is from Feb 14th.  It's after the Zip Line.  Sewryn tells them what is going on with his job being phased out.   Merywn mellows out a bit.

They pop up an episode at a time.  It takes a long time to row the film over the pond.  HaHa.

Should be another 3 or 4 by the end.

PBS is in their fundraising mode at the moment.  Maybe another week or so before we in the USA see another one pop up.

Amazon Prime versus Roku

I could only see thru Amazon Prime to the Zip Line.  Found the next when I finally located Season 14 thru Roku.

I have canceled Amazon Prime trail subscription so don't know what is on it now.

This did’t work. It now lists episode 1,2,3,& then 2 again.

Episode 3 arrived last week on Thursday along with next episode if Father Brown but 4 hasn’t yet showed up.
