We are active, paid up subscribers to Britbox, have a Roku Express and tonight the channel would not load, just keeps spinning and spinning around. I actually tried it on an older Roku in another room and it crashed the Roku and rebooted. No problems with other channels we watch. What's going on??????

In some cases, removing the affected channel then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
