Subscription is valid, region is legit (USA) I watched up until yesterday and can still watch on computer and phone, not on Roku
Same thing's happened to us tonight. Valid Britbox subscription, able to view on phone, getting "Not available in your country" error on Roku Ultra.

I am getting the same message on mine. I had been watching for an hour then exited it and then a few minutes later came back and got this message. I tried it three different times and still got the “not available in your country “ message. I restarted the Roku and now Britbox will not even load.
Having same problem, watch 2 hours of series, tried change to another series now getting message "Britons not available in your country" , account current and have been watching Britbox for 3 hours, then changed series.

According to the forums this happened last April. It was a tech issue.
it won’t work on my Roku suddenly, but the app on my iPad works. So maybe a Roku to Britbox issue?

Not for me. Removed Britbox, restarted Roku, reinstalled Britbox, same error
I just found out on FB that BritBox is having issues on their end. Someone else in the UK chimed in saying that her Internet was spotty, so it may be the entire UK having issues. Mine is out again of course.m
Works now: both on Roku and on the Samsung TV app
